We recognize that veterinarians and their support personnel rely upon their equipment. We provide a phone number for technical support and encourage practices to call with any and all questions regarding their equipment and accessories. Our telephones are answered by personnel trained in all aspects of maintenance and repair of our equipment.

When repairs are necessary, our goal is to receive the equipment, assess the problem, provide a quote, complete the repair and ship the equipment back to the practice in one day.
